According to the Romanian standard SR 13465: 2007 Project Management is defined as: "Planning, organizing, monitoring and control of all aspects of the project, as well as the management of all those involved, to safely achieve project objectives within agreed criteria of time, costs, field application and performance / quality ".

In particular, we focus on checking design solutions, optimizing the time to obtain approvals, keeping under control the overall budget and its subcategories, reducing costs, monitoring works, coordinating site execution, receiving works and closing project costs in terms of accounting / fiscal view, tracking behavior over time where appropriate and other specific requirements.
