This activity includes at least:
- Advice provided to the investor for preliminary studies;
- Organizing and ensuring the development of tenders for contracting design in all phases;
- Verification of the technical project and of the execution details in accordance with the requirements of the approved preliminary study and with the legal provisions in force;
- Verification of the insurance in stages of the financial resources and their management for the expenses related to the investment preparation;
- Verification of the existence in the project (at least) of the provisions regarding the determining phases (according Romanian Construction law), as well as of the quality control program.
- Organizing the selections and ensuring their development in accordance with the legal provisions, in order to contract the execution of the investment and the connection to utilities;
- Carrying out counseling for the negotiation and conclusion of contracts for the execution and supply of equipment, machinery, endowments, etc .;
- Preparation of the investment schedule;
- Organizing, coordinating and controlling the accomplishment of the stages provided in the investment realization schedule;
- Organizing and controlling the Authorized Site Inspector Supervision;
- Verification of the insurance in stages of the necessary financial resources, according to the program for the realization of the investment and of the concluded contracts;
- Verification of compliance with contractual clauses concluded with contractors and suppliers;
- Organizing and ensuring the reception at the end of the works according to the legal provisions;
- Verification of the elaboration of the technical book of the construction according to the legal provisions;
- Following the solving solutions of the remediation works within the term established from the date of the moment of acceptance of the completion of the works, according to the legislation in force.
