Services Authorized Site Inspector Supervision
- Participation in the verification in decisive phases.
- Decides to stop the execution, demolition or restoration of improperly executed works, based on the solutions developed by the designer or by persons authorized by law for their elaboration.
- Carries out the transmission to the designer of the own notifications or of the participants in the construction process regarding the non-conformities found during the execution.
- Carries out the observance by the executor of the measures ordered by the designer or by the competent bodies. Ensures the verification of work payment records - physical quantities - actually executed and measured. Ensures the verification of the design regarding the solutions and the correspondence between the presented execution details, makes the ascertainment of the eventual deficiencies and requests clarifications or completions from the designer.
- Follows the signing and assumption of the verification reports of the determining phases. It follows the elaboration of the minutes of determinant phases and the collection of the necessary signatures for the participating persons.
- Carries out the follow-up of the construction execution in accordance with the provisions registered in the technical project, plans, techincal descriptions, brochures, specifications, contractual clauses, etc.
- Carries out the execution of the works in accordance with the time schedule presented in the contract.
- Ensures the request for site provisions/order from the designer (if necessary).
- Follows the establishment of those responsible and the following of the objections from the reception to the completion of the works.
- Ensures the convening of the responsible persons at the decisive phases of the works.
- Checks the quality assurance of the works carried out in accordance with the provisions of the project, in the specifications, according to the norms in force and law 10/1995 regarding the quality of construction works.
- Follows the assumption of responsibility jointly with the designer, the contractor, the beneficiary, the investor, the supplier of materials regarding the execution of some works having a good quality.
- Prohibits the performance of any work not approved by the contracting parties
