- Proposes, creates work teams and assigns tasks, when designers or builders act without following a logical, staged development of the project;
- Supervises the design, authorization and construction process according to the planning established with the beneficiary and those involved at the time of entrusting the work;
- Collaborates with the people responsible for carrying out each stage of construction;
- Coordinates the parties involved in the project: designers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, workers if necessary; manages the relationship with the control authorities;
- Monitors the construction activities and organizes regular meetings with the teams involved in the project.
- Completes the project in terms of legal formalities, so that the construction book is complete and correctly prepared; helps to verify the final calculation of the investment and the regularization of taxes to the territorial fiscal body
- It takes care of the realization of the design ("As built"), ie the final phase, as the investment was built, taking into account that all changes made during the execution on site (even those that appeared unexpectedly for various reasons) be caught in plans and measured accordingly, according to the law;
- Ensures the good development of the reception at the end of the works, of the partial receptions, the final reception as the case may be, the reception of the connections to the utilities, etc.
