I am very pleased with the choice of location and the management of the works made by EFREMCONS. Engineer Dragomirescu was permanently in charge of the activities from the beginning, starting with the design of the building, obtaining permits, choosing all suppliers and especially the General Coach and specialized, continuing of course with the follow-up of works until the final reception.

Considering to return to the country and establish our main residence in a beautiful and central area of the capital, reminiscent of old Bucharest, we turned to the services of engineer Radu Dragomirescu to be the project manager for the restoration of the foundations of a beautiful house, historical monument.
